We were asked to write either poetry or prose about war, but in a way so as the reader would not be able to know for sure which side we were on; soldier or civilian. Mine was the one where people argued the most. No one could tell for sure if I was writing as a young American soldier or as an Afghan child. <BR/><BR/>It makes me sad to see the date, 2002.
