Stepping Out
Early tomorrow morning I am going on a trip to visit dear friends in other parts of the world. I have waited for this trip for a whole year, and I’m excited. The friends I will visit are not very much into blogging, so they will probably not take too kindly to my internet addiction and it is possible that I will have to stay away from it for the duration! What do you know, I might recover from the addiction altogether! I will try to be attentive to them, while trying to write some things if I can. It is not a very long trip, as I’ll be back by Thursday, November 1st. I hope my children don't trash my house too much while I'm gone! Enjoy yourselves in my absence and be good to yourselves and to those you love. Leave me messages if you wish. I’ll come read them. Be good y’all.

I am going to miss you. Please Enjoy your Universal-visits and don't worry about your house; I am sure, your young Gentlemen will look after it with care.
Please Please Please write!(If you can) I couldn't write as often as I wanted this summer due to my European trips and I felt terrible.
نازی عزیزم سفر همواره خیلی خوبه

تو برو سفر سلامت ....غم من مخور که دوری...از اینها.
Nazy janam, Have a safe trip. Enjoy your time with your friend and dont worry. Those handsome men wont burn your house.
I wish you joyful time over the seas.
Niloofar Jan, thank you for coming again and thanks for your good wishes.
Salam Marzieh Jan: Shiraz is beautiful. We have talked about it here before, as Pardis is also from Shiraz. Thank you for your good wishes and that ageless poem.
Tameshk Jan, Are you back? The best news of my trip's bad news is that now I will be around to see you and Jeerjeerak this weekend! Call and get over here immediately!
Salam bar Universial Dimension:
Thank you. Of course it is my ultimate dream to come visit Iran and go to Taleghan with you, too! It will be a few more months yet. When I know about those plans, I will let you know first! It will be a lot of fun, I am sure. I want my sons to come with me and see those parts, too. Be good Farshad Jan.
Salam Mana Jan: Seeing you here brings a smile to my face again! I hope your project with Shaya is going well. Since my trip has been postponed, I will come visit your blog again soon. Take care my friend.
Salam FarNice Jan: Well, as you can tell by now, the trip didn't take place today. It did in fact include a European leg, but all that is unimportant now. I would love to come visit Vienna again, as my memories of that city are all beautiful and peaceful, filled with arts and music, as well as unforgettable Austrian teahouses. It will be a while yet, but when the time comes, I'll let you know. In the meantime, you promised to come during the spring break and this is to remind you of that promise! Take care FarNice Jan.
Mohammad Jan,
What an honor to have you here! I am really happy to see that you took the time to visit and to leave a message. I hope I don't embarrass you when I say that I am truly honored as an Iranian to know you. I came and visited your blog, too, and I really appreciated the interesting dialogue going on among you and your intelligent friends. I might ask others to come and share their opinions about the causes of Iranian "brain drain" phenomenon with you. It is a very critical issue in my opinion. Take care and come visit me with Hossein and Roja.
Salam Leva Jan: I wonder if the boys are really disappointed to have me around instead of tidily away for a week! They are so good to me, they keep calling to make sure I'm not too sad! All these are new developments my dear. I'm not used to it, either! Take care Leva Jan.
نازی جان

Salam Farshad Jan. Hee hee, nice joke! My sons are 18 and 21. They have been talking about going to Tehran for Christmas, but they will have to be here for a family wedding at that time. Hopefully we can all come together soon. Thanks Uni-Far.
