Everyday I went to get my car, it felt bad to walk through this junk and every night I came home, I had to face it. I am so glad my burst of energy made me do it.
So, let's see now. Of the things on that New Year's Wish List, at least one, almost two have been crossed! I have also managed to lose 10 pounds since January 1st. Please don't ask me about the other things I promised to do, because some of them not only have not been accomplished, they have worsened since New Year's. I will keep at it. For now, I keep running out and peeking at my clean garage! I feel so accomplished! Let me treat you to the song we were listening to as we were working. It served many purposes for me today. It's called "You Can't Hurry Love," by Phil Collins. My mama said you cant hurry love, no, you'll just have to wait, she said love don't come easy.................

That song really gets me moving! To ham khasteh nabashi azizam.
Ha Ha, the mysterious 10 pounds and I have had quite a history together over the past 11 years! I won this time. In a little while, it will win again! Nothing to boast about, really!
Show your face to me soon, for I miss you Assal!

You are so lucky not to have a garage! It is a home's junkyard and not much more! Mine is not only my junkyard, it is also my niece and nephew's junkyards, too, for they have sent their junk for me to keep there!
Your husband's aunt is very lucky indeed to have such good, educated help on her hands. If it weren't for Iden, my son would never have come to help me! For now it's clean and tidy. Let's see how long it stays that way!
Be happy Golabi Jan.
Sadly, I can’t remember her name, since it’s been so long. At school, I had helped her with some computer assignment, and in return she had come back to invite me to a Genisis concert in Long Beach California the following weekend. I was very impressed by her. She was such a classy young lady. She was a very beautiful girl and I could lose myself, drowning, looking at her gorgeous blue eyes. The concert was a lot of fun, but once her folks learned I was from Iran, it didn’t set well with them, given that the fact that the memory of hostages was still very ingrained in their minds.
Oops, that should be Genesis!

Thank you for sharing your story with me. If we let it, life can feel like a vast collection of missed opportunities. Memories can be cherished without regret, I believe. I love Phil Collins' earlier works with Genesis. How lucky for you to have seen them live! Now your memory is mine, too. Thank you.

I really wanted you to see those pictures! Remember how you didn't believe me when I told you how awful that garage was? You did kindly offer to come help me, but alas, I got two other able-bodied young men to help me!
I do miss your comments, but if I know that you come and visit me, I'd be happy! Write only when you feel like it my friend.
